In 1988 the School acquired the fourth floor of a building on the opposite side of street on the fourth floor of María de Molina 12, which housed first the Institute of European Studies and later the Executive Education Unit.
In 1990 the fifth floor of the Maria de Molina 12 building was added to the campus, bringing another 500 m2 of surface area, providing further offices for IE Faculty, followed soon after by the ground floor of the same building, which housed the Department of Seminars and Conferences and the Alumni Association.
