Instituto de Empresa first started operating in 1973 and soon after, in 1974, it opened its main campus at number 13 of Madrid’s Calle María de Molina, a building with a surface area of 651 m2 comprised of classrooms, offices, administration services, photocopying facilities, etc.
In 1978, the campus was extended to include the neighboring building at María de Molina 15, of 850 m2, which brought much-needed space to the School. Later, the conservatory style workrooms were restored to form part of the building.
